Private Personal Training Packages

If you’re interested in private personal training, there are three packages to choose from:

Semi-Private Training:
Individualized workout program, personal attention of trainer, lower cost for you. Limited spots up to three trainees max.

Get Fit: One-on-One
I’ll create a 5-6 week individualized workout program that includes a custom cardio workout routine, an initial nutrition plan, body fat testing, body analysis, email and text support with body charts and tracking features to show your progress.

Get Ripped: One-on-One
I’ll create a 5-6 week individualized workout program that includes a custom cardio workout routine, a comprehensive nutrition plan with modifications when needed, grocery shopping together to educate on better food choices, weekly check-ins, supplement recommendations, body fat testing, body analysis, email and text support with body charts and tracking features to show your progress.

Online Personal Training Packages

Between your 9-5, picking up the kids at school and catching up on social obligations, it’s sometimes hard to set up a fixed time for your workout plans. That’s why I offer online personal training. It’s the same service you’d get with in-person training, except I won’t be visiting the gym with you.

  • No waiting for equipment or people staring at you while you work out
  • Go to the gym on your own time — it’s okay if you work late sleep in on Saturday’s
  • A custom workout and nutrition program made for your goals
  • Check-ins and email support, plus we’ll monitor your progress in a tracking chart

For those interested in online personal training, there are three options:

Get Started:
An Initial custom meal plan and one meal plan update included.

Get Fit:
An Initial custom meal plan, weekly updates and necessary modifications to ensure you reach your fitness goals. The package also includes weekly check-ins with body transformation pictures and body measurements. I’ll also provide email support to answer any questions you may have.

Get Ripped:
In addition to initial meal planning, weekly updates and necessary modifications to ensure you reach your fitness goals, this plan also includes an individualized workout and cardio program, both structured around your current schedule. The package also includes weekly check-ins with body transformation pictures and body measurements. I’ll also provide email support to answer any questions you may have. Local trainees will receive a 30 minute personal training session, body fat testing and analysis.
