It all started with a chubby high school freshman with some free time on his hands. Before becoming a popular Pasadena personal trainer, the teenaged Haig spent his afternoons at the gym, working out as a way to overcome his shyness. The gym regulars started to take notice of the quiet kid committed to hitting the gym every day, and by his sophomore year, Haig returned to school with a confidence and fitness level he had never dreamed of. Suddenly, he became the go-to guy for questions about proper lifting techniques, healthy weight loss and how to gain muscle.
Now he’s committed to sharing that success with others.

In addition to his fitness certs, Haig holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, or the study of human movement. He frequently attends seminars by fitness industry leaders (including, recently, two world-record holding power lifters) to gain more insight on the latest research and best practices — bottom line, he’s always looking for new information to help his clients reach their fitness goals.
